We offer a range of GREAT VALUE tailor-made packages. They often include a bespoke email about you to our complete invite list of thousands in Bristol and the Region. We will put your logo on our website, provide VIP tickets and offer a display or table at our live events where you can meet up to 400 guests face-to-face.

Sponsoring Only Connect is a unique way to promote your business. Previous sponsors have included Overall Business of The Year 2009 Office Response (twice), Audi, Chorus IT (six times), Dior (twice), Cheviot Asset Management (five times), Fitness First and Nuffeild Health/Cannons (four times).

How Much Does It Cost?

As of January 2011, we have decided to publish our package prices. There are two principle packages for you to consider.
For this coming event (December 2011), we anticipate capping the number of sponsors to 6 (this excludes Enterprise Europe Network).
We have a 3rd package which covers 3 events if you would like to commit upfront.

Standard Only Connect Sponsorship Package for Thursday 1st December

  • Exhibition Stand at event - this is usually a table and we allow for 1 pop up bannerstand too
  • Logo on Website (clickable)
  • Logo in Event Factsheet (PDF sent to all attendees)
  • 2 complimentary tickets (as well as two for your team members)

    • £600 Excl VAT

    Deluxe Only Connect Sponsorship Package for Thursday 1st December

  • Full list of attendees (with restrictions). We do not include the emails of our attendees nor addresses or telephone numbers.
  • Exhibition Stand at event - this is usually a table and we allow for 1 pop up bannerstand too
  • Your company logo on website (clickable)
  • 4 complimentary tickets (as well as two for your team members)
  • Promotional Email sent to our strictly 'opt in' guest list of thousands – shared with one other sponsor
  • Full Page Colour Advert in Event Factsheet which is distributed beforehand (PDF sent to all attendees)
  • Free entry into little black book if one is produced (this is currently a new process which we may or may not prepare for 3rd March).
  • Briefing to the team of up to 25 co hosts in pre event Co Hosts meeting (they will be told about your core services to share with guests)
  • 2500 fliers printed both sides with your colour logo on, 1000 of which distributed by Out of Hand to select, appropriate venues around the Greater Bristol area. The remainder are distributed by Only Connect.
  • Photograph of sponsor at event in post event media coverage (this cannot be guaranteed)
